Introduced in 1939 was a new crime fighting character called Batman appearing in the Detective Comics series. Batman handily helped the Gotham Police force fight criminals who desperately wanted to overthrow Gotham City.
Gotham City was a weak cover for what many people with half a brain would consider New York City.
Overrun with wily criminals, each with a unique costume and equally clever moniker, all of whom posed a serious threat to that large metropolitan area, relentlessly fought the haggard Gotham Police Chief to overthrow this imaginary urban snakepit.
It was so successful that Batman was spun-off into his own series of comics eventually overtaking the popularity of Detective Comics.
I was transitioning from elementary school when Batman was transformed into something very special – an action television program that featured real people rather than cartoons.
Batman, along with his trusty sidekick Robin (Boy Wonder,) also known as the Dynamic Duo, literally came to life replete with the Secret Bat Cave as well as the Batmobile. And regularly, as the plot of the caper-of-the-week unfolded, additional new Bat-related inventions and crime fighting devices were unveiled – much to the delight of me.
Of course, nearly every week also introduced new villains who found their way into Gotham City only to be a thorn in the side of Police Commission Gordon, and subsequently the Dynamic Duo, in this campy series. Of course.

| Riddler |
One of those recurring miscreants was a garish character known as Riddler. This supervillain, who sported a green bodysuit, often along with a bowler hat, regularly taunted Batman and Robin with riddles. Giving the Dynamic Duo enough information to whet their appetites, these riddles provided enough clues for an astute crime fighter to point them into the right direction for continuity to the next episode.
Being in the twelve-year-old range when this series was popular, I often found these riddles both identifying and crafty, eventually leading to the location of Riddler and his cunning henchmen, with Riddler ultimately ruing his game of cat-and-mouse.
Regularly holding public forums, these weaselly excuses for humans lie to gain an advantage over the voters, then immediately change direction once elected to joyfully confiscate private property and hard-earned monies. They detest people who save for retirement, just as they make outrageous claims to snooker voters, all with a toothy smile. Their plan is to ultimately destroy America, its Constitution, open borders to all, and gut the Republican Party in total.
Who are they?
If you’ve been following the news lately, you would be easily able to cough up the correct answer to this somewhat lengthy, albeit concise riddle.
The definitive answer is the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA). They regularly disguise themselves under the cover to the Democratic Party, while also surreptitiously working toward an ultimate goal of turning America into a Communistic society, with a side order of Islam.
But this current journey into tossing The Constitution into the shredder has been whetting the appetite of many chameleons who have been effectively posing as mere Democrats for years. Without saying the quiet part aloud, these seemingly mentally-off politicians are simply pure evil.
They pretend to want to change the course of life in these United States for the better, often pointing to the unemployed, high cost of living, inability to buy homes, unaffordable childcare, and high medical costs. If elected, these consummate liars promise everyone will be equal and want for nothing. They believe they are the saviors for which we have been waiting. You betcha.
DSAers have been around in varying parts of the world for ages – under the Socialist Party guise. They ardently tried to destroy American manufacturing, the education system, health system, as well as the nuclear family ever since their inception during the 1920’s.
Other foreign countries believed this tripe and sampled the water of the Socialist well-of-plenty. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to them, the well was poisoned with half-truths and outright lies. The problem, however, was that simply purifying the well was not possible.
Eventually, the masses catch on to the scam about the time the Socialists break out the guns, for compliance, as Socialism morphs into Communism.
With newly divided nations, citizens living therein were suddenly viewed as subjects and workers – in other words: the proletariat – existing only to satisfy the wants and desires of the leaders who successfully conned them into slavery for which they enthusiastically voted. Congratulations!
Those much-desired jobs wound up being picking vegetables and cleaning bathrooms, while school curricula were reconfigured to reflect only the “history” the new leaders wanted to share. The nuclear family dissolved into state sponsored childcare and schools molding the children’s tender, hungry brains to be at the beck and call of the Communist Party for the good of everyone (Read: Brainwashing.)
Affordable housing became tenements, as the medical costs debacle took on a whole new life.
Recall a former president named Barack Obama? He was the leader of the United States from 2009-2017. His major impressions left on our nation include intentionally dividing the races, attempting to bankrupt our treasury, enjoying golfing, and desperately wanting to give everyone access to health insurance.
If you’re old enough to remember, a woman named Saint Hillary Clinton, wife of President William Jefferson Clinton, led the universal healthcare parade during her time as First Lady. Unfortunately, her efforts fell flat because of the exorbitant cost of corralling the entire healthcare industry into agreeing on handing control of one-sixth of the federal budget over to the perpetually inept guvment. Alas, another stellar idea wasted.
Grabbing the baton, President Obama thought this was too easy to lose. He banged the rally drum across the country touting “No one would wind-up homeless due to a catastrophic illness.” That cutting slogan stuck. But people being people heard what they wanted to hear rather than the facts.
Obama, just as with St. Hillary, promised health insurance, not health care. Overwhelming the system with hospitals catering to everything from common hang nails to gunshot wounds, the hospital cue lines grew longer by the hours ensuring care was given. Too bad it was often mediocre. Patients all found themselves dying of old age standing in line.
This brilliant thinking is the same process driving the childlike, simpleminded solutions to DSA’s perceived crises. Why else would such intellectuals demand prison closures, open borders, no bail laws, defunding the police and immigration control, redistribution of wealth to illegal immigrants, along with lowering food costs?
Since the 1960’s, under Democratic President Lyndon Johnson, a federal-level food stamp program was begun. Giving vouchered food coupons to needy individuals and families based upon their incomes, food stamps were thought to be the ideal solution to the hunger blight of the less affluent in America.
But after sixty-years of handouts, those same people from that same political party are now announcing this effort resulted in a total failure. A disaster. Changes are now needed. NOW.
Enter the neighborhood guvment-run grocery stores. Tried without any success in a few cities, this costly brain storm caused the local Mom and Pop stores to shutter their businesses because they couldn’t compete with guvment-subsidized stores. Conjured up by Democrats and DSAers alike, were city-subsidized grocery stores to make foodstuffs more affordable. While seemingly noble, these politicians simply played a con game. Eventually, they all went the way of the dinosaurs. And now there are none.
This is important to know because it all revolves around from whence the money to fund these initiatives is derived. You.
Reinventing the wheel is not the goal of the DSA crowd or the Democrats or the Communists. They want the masses to be beholding to them; that involves destroying the wheel. And the only way to do that is by coercion and lies.
We detest slavery because slaves are not free individuals. Yet the voters are being misled down a path to certain destruction of proven failed policies while being ruled with an iron fist.
Over taxation of everyone, increasing crime, confiscation of money and private property, re-education efforts, remanufacturing the Supreme Court, dissolution of the Senate, revamping The Constitution, and the cessation of free and fair elections is not going to end well.
America is on the cusp of falling for the wacky rants and ideas of immature gimme-gimmes egged on by clueless “problem solvers,” many of whom escaped communistic conditions elsewhere in the world. They escaped the torture, poverty, crime, and repression of freedom to come to our nation.
And now they want to change our nation. Voters: Beware.
That is the answer to the riddle.
